Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

You can initiate a return for defective products, products that were not described accurately, incorrect orders, and based on 30 Day Return policy.

How To Return An Item

If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, contact us to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.

It's easy to return a product:

  1. Log into your account or contact us to initiate a return. You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped;
  2. We email you instructions for returning your product;
  3. Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to the address identified in our email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when you return a product. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item;
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.

Changed your mind? If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 30 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type.

Individual products may be excluded from this policy. Check the product description before you place your order.

Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;
  • Clearance sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded;
  • Special Order Items.There are no returns allowed for products which have been specially ordered for you and drop shipped by the manufacturer. These items are not routinely stocked, are custom made and therefore cannot be returned;
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, is missing parts, manuals or the manufacturers box.

Defective Products

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us for assistance. We encourage you to test your product within 2 days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any mechanical problems. If you think your product is defective, don't worry. In most cases, it's a simple issue that can be resolved over the phone.

You are also welcome to contact the manufacturer's customer service departments. They have expert technicians standing by to help solve your issue. Please have your model number and serial number available for fastest service.

Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
